She spread the ISS Kit to infect Burst Linkers. Her motives for doing this is to equalize the power balance between burst linkers. She is helped by her ally, Avocado Avoider. The first known victim was Bush Utan from the Green Legion, Great Wall. Her latest victim was Ash Roller. After the defeat of the ISS Kit, she gives up and joins Nega Nebulus

Her appearance is that of a tall woman wrapped in bandages. They covered everything except for the mouth. In each of her hands, she held one half of a large pair of scissors.
